2 years agoHouston Texans rookie running back Dameon Pierce had 11 carries for 33 yards in Sunday's Week 1 contest against the Colts. He was targeted once in the passing game, catching that pass for a six-yard reception. After a preseason that saw the hype for Pierce skyrocket, it was Rex Burkhead who led this backfield in Week 1, with Burkhead combining for 22 carries and targets to Pierce's 12. Pierce shouldn't be dropped in season-long leagues, but fantasy managers should be worried about how this workload looked this week.--Justin Carter - RotoBaller
