Bucs Defense Stymies Cowboys In Week 1 Win
2 years agoThe Tampa Bay Buccaneers defense/special teams allowed 244 yards of total offense and limited the Dallas Cowboys to just three points in Sunday night's win. The Bucs' defense was stout, racking up four sacks and one interception on Sunday. Devin White led the way with two sacks, while Vita Vea and Anthony Nelson each had one. Cowboys star quarterback Dak Prescott (thumb) exited early, and the offense struggled to move the ball against Tampa Bay. The Bucs' defense is off to a great start and will look to shut down quarterback Jameis Winston and the New Orleans Saints in Week 2.
