George Kittle Not Expected To Play In Week 2
2 years agoSan Francisco 49ers tight end George Kittle (groin) is not expected to play in Week 2 against the Seattle Seahawks. He has been unable to practice this week and is expected to miss his second straight game due to a groin injury. "Hopefully, we'll have better luck this week," 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan said of Kittle. "Made a lot of progress." The 28-year-old hasn't officially been ruled out, but fantasy managers with Kittle should look for a streaming option in Week 2. Tyler Kroft and Ross Dwelley should continue to see an increase in snaps with Kittle sidelined, but neither tight end is a good fantasy option against the Seahawks.
