There have not been many rumors regarding what offensive-minded, genius Coach Chip Kelly is thinking about the future of second year QB Nick Foles. He may have an outside shot at drafting his college QB Marcus Mariota (QB, Oregon) or he could take another Oregon Duck in Ifo Ekpre-Olomu (CB, Oregon). While there is not a lot to suggest that Kelly will draft players from his former team he certainly doesn’t shy away from players from the Pac-12. With 8 picks in last years draft Kelly used half for players in from the Pac-12 including 2nd round pick Zach Ertz from Stanford and Matt Barkley from USC. I wouldn’t be shocked if Kelly spent his #1 on one of his former players, and it wouldn’t necessarily be a bad move.
