NBA Fantasy Shopper: DFS Lineup Picks for DraftStreet 3/3

Isaiah Thomas, Stephen CurryPG: Isaiah Thomas ($15,883): One of the most consistent fantasy players at the point guard position, Thomas has scored over 20 points in six of his past seven games.  He has also posted over five assists in 11 straight games and is averaging 6.4 helpers a game on the season. Thomas has also picked up his defense of late, averaging nearly two steals a game over the past two weeks.  His matchup tonight should be a good one as the Pelicans and Brian Roberts struggle with opposing guards.

SG: Rodney Stuckey ($8,268): After losing much of his playing time to Kyle Singler, Stuckey has turned it around the last two games and reclaimed much of his time at the two-guard spot.  In those two games, he has scored a combined 40 points on 16-for-30 from the field.  The 13 and 17 field goal attempts in those games are the highest he has tried since early February.  Stuckey should again be in line for 30+ minutes against a relatively poor Knicks backcourt that just allowed D.J. Augustin to score 23 on Sunday.

SF: Nicolas Batum ($13,936): After a few subpar games coming back from a hand injury, Batum’s all-around game has been on full display of late.  Over the past seven days, he is averaging 16.5 points, 9.5 rebounds, 4.8 assists, 1.3 blocks and 1.0 steals.  Batum has done much of his damage with LaMarcus Aldridge out, but he did return last game and Batum was still able to pull down 16 rebounds.  He has a dream matchup against the Lakers tonight; they're second-to-last in the NBA in points allowed.  In his last game against Los Angeles, Batum posted a 9-9-9 game along with a block and a steal, all of which should again be attainable tonight.

PF: Carlos Boozer ($11,737): I generally try to fade Boozer as he has several fantasy red flags.  Only getting 25 minutes a game over the past week, along with his dreadful defense, makes him a "stay away" most nights for me.  That said, he has had three double-doubles in his past eight games, including a 15-point and 10-rebound performance against Brooklyn the last time out.  With his price dropping to a much lower level, Boozer should be a very good play against a bad rebounding Nets team.

C: DeMarcus Cousins ($18,852): Cousins returned from a one-game suspension on Saturday to post another monster 21-point, 17-rebound, 3-assist and 3-block night against the Timberwolves.  Like his teammate Thomas, Cousins should be able to take advantage of a weak center position for the Pelicans and a banged-up Anthony Davis.  Also, don't be concerned with stacking Cousins and Thomas, as the Kings are the only team in the NBA who have three players who score over 20 points a game in Thomas, Cousins and Rudy Gay.  Expect the Kings big man to top his season averages of 22.3 points and 11.6 rebounds tonight.
