BALLER MOVE: Add Immediately in All Leagues
ANALYSIS: Miguel Montero is currently owned in only about 50% of all leagues. This is alarming low, given the fact that he hits in the middle of a powerful Diamondbacks lineup, and the hot start he's gotten off to. He has started 5 of the first 6 games, hitting in the 5th spot 3 times and in the 6th spot twice - and is either preceding or following newcomer Mark Trumbo. This bodes well for Montero to score runs, as well as drive in runs, from your catcher spot. Montero is coming off a disappointing 2013 season - but in the previous two seasons he hit over .280, had over 15 HR, and drove in over 80 runs. He has 1 HR already this year and is hitting .429 early on. Montero also does well in OBP leagues with a .346 career average. If he can bounce back to 2011 and 2012 numbers, he will be very valuable in fantasy leagues. If he's still available in your league, and you have a weak or fringe catcher, pick him up off the waiver wire immediately.
