BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
ANALYSIS: Qualls is quietly putting together quite the dominant campaign in 2014, and it's going overlooked by 64% of owners in Yahoo! leagues. Here are the basic facts: Houston has finally settled on Qualls as their closer after a merry-go-round month of April. On the season, Qualls has an elite 22:3 K:BB ratio in 19.2 IP. Since May 11th, Qualls has 5 saves, 8 K, 0 BB, and ONE hit allowed in 8.2 IP. You read that right - he's allowed just a single baserunner in his past 8.2 IP. What more do you want from a closer? More saves? Qualls is pacing for 30-35 over a full season, and with Springer and Singleton in the Stros' lineup on the regular now, it wouldn't surprise me to see Qualls start racking up saves more consistently going forward. He is a great option if you're in need of saves and he's just sitting there on the waiver wire.
