BALLER MOVE: Add in All Leagues
Owned in 54% of Fleaflicker Leagues
ANALYSIS: It's clear to everyone except maybe the Colts that Ahmad Bradshaw has easily outplayed Trent Richardson, in just about any NFL game that the two of them have played together. In standard fantasy football leagues, over the first two games of the season, Bradshaw has accumulated 8.5 points and then 21.6 points (in PPR it's even better). He is currently averaging 5.3 YPC this season compared to Trent Richardson's 3.7. Also unlike Richardson, Bradshaw is good at pass blocking and doesn't seem to have the fumbling problems that Richardson has.
So what does this all mean? Well, once the Colts realize they are 0-2, they are going to have to stop handing the ball off to Trent Richardson. Sure, Andrew Luck will pass the ball a lot due to the huge volume of receiving weapons that he has. However, did I mention that Bradshaw's two touchdowns in Week 2 were on passes and not rushing attempts? I didn't? Well that should soothe some your concerns about him getting work, even when Luck drops back to pass the ball. Realistically, Bradshaw should be much more widely owned, even though he is already owned in 54% of leagues. We've been touting him as one of our sleepers for weeks now, from the pre-season up until now, and are hoping that he will finally be picked up in more fantasy leagues. If Bradshaw is still available in your league, make the add off the waiver wire before both Trent Richardson owners and the Colts' coaching staff wake up to reality.
