ANALYSIS: I realize that Hoyer is about the least exciting quarterback option you can stream, but he's been very safe and reliable, if nothing else. He hasn't gone below 12 fantasy points on the season yet for any given week, which is better than many very good QBs already. Over the last two weeks, the Jags have been an improved defense, so Hoyer's ceiling is probably more limited this week than some would think. That said, you can bet he will get at least 12 points and probably hit the 15-17 point range at minimum, which is a lot better than you can say for most other available quarterbacks. If you're looking for a quarterback streamer off the Week 7 waiver wire, don't be scared away by Hoyer. Just because his team or name isn't sexy, doesn't mean that he can't help your fantasy football team.
