BALLER MOVE: Add in Most Leagues
OWNED IN: 73% of Leagues
ANALYSIS: The Vikings picked up the 26-year-old Tate after Cleveland cut him following a two-carry, negative nine-yard showing in Week 11 against Houston. Just two weeks prior, Tate carried the ball 10 times for three total yards, and he has not surpassed 40 yards since Week 5. Despite his recent struggles, Tate the former Texan and Brown, has proven in the past that he can run the ball with effectiveness. Tate might not learn the playbook in time to be much of a factor for the Vikings in Week 12, but could have an impact going forward, especially with Jerick McKinnon and Matt Asiata battling injuries and Adrian Peterson suspended. If another owner has dropped Tate in your league, try to jump in and grab him. He has the potential to make a difference on a fantasy team trying to fight through the playoffs in a deep league.
