ANALYSIS: Jarrett Jack is a professional. As a 10 year vet, he knows what he needs to do to not only stay alive in the NBA but to thrive in the NBA. So when news came out earlier this week that Deron Williams would be shelved indefinitely due to a fractured rib, I knew that Jarrett Jack was going to be the biggest benefactor of this. Why? Because Jarrett Jack is a professional. He knows how to keep an offense humming, whether it's the second string or the starters. Considering journeyman Darius Morris is the only other PG on the roster, expect Jack to see a lot of time with both teams. Want concrete evidence? D-Will has now sat out five games this season, forcing Jack to fill in. In those games, he is averaging 14.2 points and 9.2 assists on very solid shooting splits (minus last night's game where he went 2 for 12). Williams is out indefinitely and may not even still be a Net when he does come back. Jack just seems to be in a very good spot.
