BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Leagues with CI Spot
OWNERSHIP: 54% Fleaflicker
ANALYSIS: Despite being 35, Adam LaRoche can still produce at a respectable level. In each of the past five seasons in which he saw at least 400 at-bats, LaRoche smashed 20 or more home runs, including 33 and 100 RBI in 2012. Now in his first year with the Sox, he got off to a slow start, finishing the month of April with a .191/.286/.353 slash line. While his average is still just a mere .237, his OBP has skyrocketed to .365 as a result of being walked 22 times in the month of May. Batting behind Jose Abreu, LaRoche will continue to get plenty of run producing opportunities. Given his low ownership and his consistency throughout his career, LaRoche is a solid bet in deep leagues.
