Jonathan Stewart (RB, CAR) - 2015 Fantasy Football Sleeper

BALLER MOVE: Target in Rounds 4-5

ANALYSIS: Since entering the league in 2008, Jonathan Stewart has not started more than eight games in a season, thanks in large part to injuries and the presence of DeAngelo Williams, who is now a member of the Steelers.

Stewart was always the more talented back, but we have never really seen his true potential. In 2009, his best season, he piled up 1,133 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns despite only starting three games (he played in all 16).

Stewart has a career yards per carry average of 4.6, which is outstanding, even in a smaller sample size. Over the final five weeks last season, he averaged 97 rushing yards per game with Williams on the shelf. While it is unlkely he can maintain that pace, Stewart is definitely capable of 1,200 yards, assuming he can be healthy for most of the season.

Stewart will not have enough receptions to garner any extra value in PPR formats, but he could haul in at least 30 passes.

His role should be even greater as a result of star receiver Kelvin Benjamin going down with an ACL injury.

Stewart is currently being drafted as the RB18, but has the potential to be a low-end RB1 if he can remain healthy.
