ANALYSIS: Amari Cooper is regarded as the most "can't miss" wide receiver in this year's rookie class, and he has the talent to back it up. The Raiders have had poor wide receiver play in recent years, so Cooper has virtually no competition in terms of targets.
If quarterback Derek Carr can thrive in his second year, Cooper can be a low-end WR2 in PPR formats, with the upside for much more.
