ANALYSIS: DeVante Parker was in the conversation for best wide receiver in the 2015 NFL draft, but hasn't quite produced as much as many fantasy owners may have hoped. However, you can see Tannehill gaining confidence in the young playmaker, so more targets should be coming his way. Parker had no receptions in Week 1 and caught his only target in Week 2 for just three yards, but finally broke out of his shell in Week 3, grabbing seven balls for 46 yards.
The Dolphins have a deep receiving corps, but only Jarvis Landry, Rishard Matthews and tight end Jordan Cameron have double-digit receptions on the year. Given Parker's potential and Tannehill's willingness to spread the ball around, Parker can be a viable fantasy option in deep leagues as soon as Week 4.
