You don't need me to tell you to start Foster, but this is the week to play him everywhere. He looked terrible on the ground last week, but saved fantasy owners with 9 receptions for 77 yards through the air.
This week, he gets to go to town against the Jacksonville Jaguars, who are currently allowing 103 rushing yards per game to opposing running backs. Granted, Foster has been less than impressive in his only two games so far this season, but last week, he touched the ball quite a bit.
With 19 carries and nine receptions, it should be clear that Foster is ready to take over almost all of the snaps at the running back position. He is healthy enough to play the entire game, and the Texans will be looking to feed him the ball, wind out the clock, and pick up a second win this season. He makes for a strong lineup play in all formats, especially daily leagues.
