Where’d the star power go? After a night full of high-priced talent on Monday, we only find one active player above $9,000 on Tuesday. So, that means you’ll likely be sorting through various players of similar prices. Picking one could prove difficult, so turn to injuries and matchups to help you out. I’ll give you a few options below with reasoning that may help you break down the rest of your lineup along the way.

Guards with High Value on FanDuel

Kyle Lowry (TOR, PG) - $7,800

Lowry is picking up right where he left off this season, leading the Toronto Raptors offense and defense with his strong play. His price is still not quite where it should be, and he should be fun to watch on both ends of the floor against Dallas on Tuesday.

Kent Bazemore (ATL, SG) - $4,700

Bazemore has been the immediate beneficiary of Thabo Sefolosha’s absence, and so far he’s taking it in stride. Bazemore can score in various different ways, and he fits in nicely with the Hawks’ great defensive presence. If Sefolosha is out again on Tuesday, Bazemore is a great value play for your SG spot.

Forwards with High Value on FanDuel

Paul George (SF, IND) - $8,300

George had an OK first week of the season, but the important takeaway is to note that his upside is for real. The forward has the spring in his step that we all adored before his brutal injury, and he’s the main cog in the Pacers’ offense. George should eventually be priced up with the other studs in the upper 9K region, but until then, enjoy this price tag and try to capitalize on his big games.

Julius Randle (PF, LAL) - $5,100

Every DFS sport has its golden rules. The NBA’s may continue to be, “play your big men against the Nuggets.” Julius Randle will match up with Kenneth Faried, but Denver has already proved vulnerable to post play. Randle showed us his massive upside last time out, and he may do it again on Tuesday. Go with one of the entertaining, up-and-coming big men in Randle.

Centers with High Value on FanDuel

Marc Gasol (MEM, C) - $7,700

Gasol doesn’t have the ceiling that he used to have, but the absence of DeMarcus Cousins will certainly give him an opportunity for a big game on Tuesday. Gasol can rack up points, boards, and assists, and the combination of Willie Caulie-Stein and Kosta Koufos shouldn’t be too resistant to his efforts. Use Gasol with confidence in this spot, but feel free to differentiate with any of the names below.
