FanDuel DFS Guards
Stephen Curry (at MIN, $10,200)
Stephen Curry is the second most expensive option on the board tonight, but for good reason. In his last game, which was against the San Antonio Spurs, he did not shoot well and ended up only posting 32.2 fantasy points. The Warriors' offense was held in check, but they will likely get back into high-gear tonight against the Minnesota Timberwolves. The Wolves' defense is nothing like the Spurs, and Curry should have a fantastic night. He has huge upside, so using him in tournaments is a great move.
Brandon Knight (vs MEM, $6,800)
The best guard option on the board tonight, without a doubt, is Brandon Knight. His price tag is way too low. He is playing around 30-40 minutes per game right now for the Phoenix Suns, and he is one of the only scorers they have. In his last game, which was against the Los Angeles Lakers, he posted 37.7 fantasy points in 33 minutes on the court. Tonight, he gets a tougher matchup against the Memphis Grizzlies, but until his price tag goes over $8,000, continue to use him in all formats regardless of the matchup.
Marcus Smart (vs ORL, $4,400)
Marcus Smart should only be used in tournaments. He is entirely too risky to use in 50/50 contests. In his last five games, he has over 20 fantasy points in two of them. A few games ago, against the Portland Trailblazers, he posted 35.7 fantasy points in 31 minutes of action. He has great upside, and he is playing solid minutes for the Boston Celtics right now. The Orlando Magic are not great defensively, so Smart has ample opportunity to explode.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
LeBron James (vs DEN, $9,500)
LeBron James put up under 40 fantasy points in two straight games now, but he should be turning things around shortly. Tonight, he gets a super easy matchup against the Denver Nuggets, which should be enough to help him eclipse the 40 fantasy point mark, which he hit over seven times in a row prior to sitting out against the Dallas Mavericks. Use James in all formats tonight.
Nikola Mirotic (vs SAC, $4,900)
Nikola Mirotic is a great tournament option tonight against the Sacramento Kings. The Kings are horrible on defense, and Mirotic has great upside. In his last game, which was against the Utah Jazz, he posted over 30 fantasy points in 33 minutes of action. He should continue to play around 30-35 minutes per game, and he should continue to produce for the Chicago Bulls. He can be used in all formats, but he is better suited for tournaments.
Willie Cauley-Stein (at CHI, $3,700)
Willie Cauley-Stein gets a great matchup tonight against the Chicago Bulls. The Bulls are horrendous against opposing centers, and WCS should be playing tonight after sitting out last night with an illness. He has been playing around 25-30 minutes for the Sacramento Kings, and he should continue to play around those minutes. In three of his last four games, he has over 20 fantasy points. Use him in all formats. He is one of the best value forwards on the board.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Andre Drummond (vs MIL, $7,700)
Andre Drummond looked horrible in his last game, which was against the Brooklyn Nets. It was surprising to see Drummond struggle on the glass against Brook Lopez. He should turn things around tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks are not great against opposing centers, and Drummond has been playing well. He has over 35 fantasy points in two of his last three games. Use him in all formats until his price tag comes up to around $8,500.
