FanDuel DFS Guards
Stephen Curry (vs POR, $10,300)
Stephen Curry makes for a great play tonight against the Portland Trail Blazers. The Blazers are not a great defensive team, and the Golden State Warriors should have no problems scoring tonight. Curry has 70 plus fantasy points potential every time he takes the court, and that does not change tonight. He also has over 40 fantasy points in all of his last four games, so there is really no reason to avoid him in 50/50 contests. Use him in all formats.
Isaiah Thomas (at LAL, $7,900)
Isaiah Thomas makes for a solid tournament option tonight against the Los Angeles Lakers. The Lakers are one of the worst defensive teams in the league, and there is no reason that IT2 should not excel tonight. He has over 30 fantasy points in three of his last four games, and he obviously has great upside. The Boston Celtics just upset the Golden State Warriors, so to say that they are currently playing well would be an understatement. Use Thomas mostly in tournaments, but he is reliable enough for 50/50 contests as well.
Devin Booker (vs UTA, $6,800)
Devin Booker should only be used in tournaments tonight against the Utah Jazz. The Jazz are a tough defensive team, but once Booker gets going ,there is really no stopping him. He recently posted over 40 fantasy points in 43 minutes against the Minnesota Timberwolves, so the upside is undoubtedly there. However, his consistency is basically non-existant. There is absolutely no reason to trust him in 50/50 contests. Use him in tournaments only.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Kevin Durant (at HOU, $10,400)
There is no reason not to play Kevin Durant tonight. He gets a great matchup against the Houston Rockets, who are one of the worst teams in the league against opposing small forwards. Durant will be looking to show up James Harden, which is going to be very difficult to do. His price tag is slightly higher than LeBron James, and James is better in tournaments, but Durant is just too consistent to pass up in 50/50 contests. Use him in all formats, especially since he just recently posted over 60 fantasy points against the Toronto Raptors.
Blake Griffin (vs WAS, $7,600)
Blake Griffin is projected to return tonight against the Washington Wizards. The early projections have him playing around 30 minutes tonight, which means that he will be seeing almost normal minutes. If that does happen, use him in all leagues. His price tag is entirely too low right now. There is no way that Griffin does not destroy the Washington Wizards, even if he has been out of the game for quite some time. This obviously has some risk involved, so avoid him in 50/50 contests wouldn't be the worst idea.
Julius Randle (vs BOS, $5,800)
Julius Randle makes for a great tournament option tonight against the Boston Celtics. The Celtics are horrible against opposing big men, and Randle has tremendous upside. He did not look great two games ago, posting under five fantasy points in over 20 minutes on the court, but he responded with over 35 fantasy points the next game. Regardless of his recent success, he is very inconsistent. Do not risk using him in 50/50 contests. He is definitely a tournament only kind of athlete.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Rudy Gobert (at PHO, $5,900)
Rudy Gobert has looked great in his last couple of games. He has over 35 fantasy points in three straight games now, and he should continue to play well tonight against the Phoenix Suns. The Suns love to shoot the ball at a rapid rate, so Gobert should be rebounding at a rapid rate as well. He is also a shot blocking machine. With over 40 fantasy points in two of his last four games, it is safe to say that he could crush value tonight. Use him in all formats.
