New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman underwent a second surgery on his foot which was broken back in Week 10 of the 2015 season. He has been seen wearing a protective boot, but the team fully expects Edelman to be recovered in time for training camp. This is great news for a Patriots team that expects to be without Tom Brady for the first four weeks of the 2016 season. In 2015, Edelman averaged over six catches and 75 yards per game, scoring seven touchdowns in 9 games played. The team finished the regular season 3-4 without Edelman prior to his return for the playoffs. If the injury and absence of Brady cause Edelman to slip in fantasy drafts, the PPR stud could make for a fantastic value pick this summer.
