BALLER MOVE: Add in Deep Mixed Leagues, AL-Only Leagues
OWNED IN: 20% Fleaflicker
ANALYSIS: Nate Jones has been one of the more appealing middle-relief options in holds leagues all year, with 18 holds to go along with a 2.45 ERA, a 0.87 WHIP and 42 strikeouts in 40.1 innings pitched. Now, with David Robertson dealing with a left leg strain, Jones has been thrust into the closer role for the White Sox. The 30-year-old picked up his third save of the season — and his career — on Saturday. Given the fact that his new role is likely temporary, Jones is not worth the investment in most standard leagues, but owners in deep mixed and AL-Only leagues will want to scoop up a few extra saves while they are still on the wire.
