Analysis: The Angels are a mess, but at least they realized the mess to its true extent and dealt some pieces at the trade deadline. With Huston Street struggling horribly and Joe Smith being dealt to the Cubs, all eyes should be on 24-year old Cam Bedrosian who has been excellent this season. In 39 IP in 2016 Bedrosian has a 0.92 ERA, a 1.00 WHIP and very impressive rates of 2.5 BB/9, 0.2 HR/9, and 11.1 K/9.  In 16.1 combined innings in April and May, Bedrosian had a 2.20 ERA, 1.47 WHIP, and 9.92 K/9. Through June and July he pitched 22.2 innings and has been cheat-code invincible. In the past two months he has a 0.00 ERA, 0.66 WHIP, 11.9 K/9, and has allowed just one extra base hit. With Joe Smith gone and Huston Street struggling, the red-hot Bedrosian should be able to capitalize on more high-leverage situations out of the Anaheim bullpen.
