EXPERT ANALYSIS: Straight fire. That's the only way to describe the start Jung Ho Kang has had to September. Kang had four HR and 10 RBI in a five game span from September 6 - 10 and has knocked out 14 hits in 30 at-bats for the month. His hot streak actually extends even further back into August, as he is slashing a ridiculous .471/.550/.853 over the past 28 days. As long as he has been healthy, Kang has shown great power and is slugging .528 on the season. He continues to show an odd reverse split, hitting just .230 with three homers against left-handed pitching, but with the way he is raking lately he is a must-start every day. Kang continues to tantalize fantasy owners with bursts of power, but frustrates with his persistent DL trips. With 18 HR in 265 at-bats this year, one can only imagine how productive his fantasy season would have been with a full set of plate appearances. It's not too late to add him to your squad for head-to-head matchups, as he is available in approximately half of Fleaflicker leagues.
