The matchup is even tastier than it was last week as reports are that the Browns plan to start untested rookie Cody Kessler. Miami has a lot of talent on the defensive line, and the combination of a bad Cleveland offensive line and a rookie quarterback starting in his first game on the road could be fantasy gold for anyone who starts the Dolphins this week.
