FanDuel Quarterback - Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day) DFS Picks
Dak Prescott (vs WAS, $8,000)
Prescott has been outstanding this season, specifically of recent. He has scored 17 or more fantasy points in nine consecutive weeks, including 20 or more in three of the last four weeks. He has been a consistent option against some of the best pass defenses in the NFL, and he gets a much better matchup against an average Redskins defense this week. He's a threat to score through the air or on the ground, which helps his upside, as well. Prescott can safely be used in all leagues.
FanDuel Running Backs - Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day) DFS Picks
Le'Veon Bell (at IND, $9,500)
Bell is the most expensive player on the slate, and for good reason. He essentially plays two positions for the Steelers, as he's averaging 18.3 rush attempts per game, and is also seeing 9.3 targets per game. He runs highly efficient routes, and the half-point per reception is only an added bonus. Bell gets a great matchup against the Indianapolis Colts, who have one of the worst defenses in the NFL, and he should see plenty of opportunities to score fantasy points this week. He's an elite option in all leagues.
Rob Kelley (at DAL, $5,700)
Kelley is a cheap way to get touches on your roster. He has recently taken over for Matt Jones as the starting running back, and he is averaging 22.3 touches per game in his last three starts. The only problem with Kelley is that he doesn't catch many passes, but that is negated by his touchdown potential, in a similar way to LeGarrette Blount. This is a tough matchup for Kelley, but the opportunity will be there, and he comes with a cheap price tag on the small slate.
FanDuel Wide Receivers - Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day) DFS Picks
Antonio Brown (at IND, $8,800)
Sometimes on a three-game slate, it's wise to get the guaranteed points and take chance with the cheaper guys. Brown is guaranteed points in a matchup that should be extremely high scoring. He has had a few uncharacteristically bad games this season, but he has been fairly consistent for the most part. He gets a good matchup against the Colts, who rank dead last in the NFL against the pass. He's a great option in all leagues, as he'll continue to see 10 or more targets this week.
Anquan Boldin (vs MIN, $4,800)
Boldin received a price drop because of his matchup against the Minnesota Vikings defense. They currently rank third in the NFL against the pass, but this play is more about opportunity than matchup. You'll need some cheap options to fit Bell and Brown in your lineups, and Boldin saw nine targets last week. He caught a touchdown against the Vikings in their first meeting, and he's a cheap player who will be on the field this week. Sometimes that's all you need in a three-game slate.
FanDuel Tight End - Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day) DFS Picks
Kyle Rudolph (at DET, $5,300)
The Detroit Lions have looked awful against tight ends this season, and Rudolph has found success, for the most part, in the Vikings' struggling offense. He's seeing plenty of red zone targets, as he has touchdowns in half of his games this season, including one against the Lions in their first matchup. He's one of the cheaper tight ends on the slate, and Rudolph makes a great option for his touchdown potential in a great matchup this week.
FanDuel Defense - Week 12 (Thanksgiving Day) DFS Picks
Minnesota Vikings D/ST (at DET, $4,600)
I planned on recommending the Lions' defense before I saw they were more expensive than the Vikings this week. That's a bit crazy, as the Vikings' defense has more consistent upside than anyone in the NFL. Detroit will likely be able to score on them, but they boast six defensive touchdowns this season, including two games with two. They have been struggling a bit more recently, but defenses score points with touchdowns, and the Vikings have multiple ways to score. They can be used in all leagues.
