There was a big slate last night, and we are rewarded with another huge slate tonight. There are a healthy amount of salary relief options to go with elite plays, which makes for some great lineups.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 12/10/16. The DFS lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays on DraftKings. If you have questions, come to the chat room and ask me yourself. DraftKings DFS Guards
John Wall – PG, vs MIL ($9,000)
Wall is coming off a terrible game against the Nuggets, but he was on fire before that. Aside from his last game, he has consistently been scoring 50 or more fantasy points per game with a ceiling of 75 fantasy points. He gets a decent matchup against the Bucks, and Wall is fairly cheap for his recent production tonight. He can be used in all leagues until he cools off or his price increases substantially.
Rajon Rondo – PG, vs MIA ($5,900)
Rondo isn’t elite at anything, but he has the ability to contribute in each of the five categories at some rate. He is a triple double threat each night, and he’s coming off a great game against the Spurs. He gets a tough matchup against the Heat, but they are dealing with multiple injuries, which could work in Rondo’s favor tonight. He’s extremely cheap because of his recent inconsistencies, and he’s a great tournament option on this slate.
Wesley Matthews – SG, @HOU ($5,300)
Matthews has been playing extremely well recently, and he’s entirely too cheap tonight. He has scored at least 28 fantasy points in six of his last seven games, and he gets a decent matchup against a fast paced Rockets team. He’s a huge part of the Mavs offense, and he has been scoring consistently over his last few games. He should have no problems hitting value once again tonight, and Matthews can be used in all leagues.
DraftKings DFS Forwards
LeBron James – SF/PF, vs CHA ($9,400)
James has been on fire since the Cavs ended their most recent losing streak. That isn’t a surprise, as he told the media that the entire team needs to play better, starting with him. He nearly triple doubled last night, and he scored at least 45 fantasy points in three consecutive games before that. He gets a great matchup against the Hornets, and he’s still reasonably priced tonight. He can be used in all leagues.
Otto Porter – SF/PF, vs MIL ($6,100)
Porter isn’t the safest option on the board, but he does come with quite a bit of upside. He’s a slightly better fantasy player at home, and he’s averaging over 30 fantasy points on the season. He’s multiple position eligible, as well, which only increases his value. He gets a decent matchup against the Bucks in what should be a high scoring game, and he can be used in tournaments tonight.
Maurice Harkless – SF, @IND ($5,000)
Harkless is expected to return from injury tonight, and he was on fire before getting hurt. He has scored at least 25 fantasy points in eight consecutive games, and he also comes with good upside. He’s a cheap option, and he gets a good matchup against the Pacers, who have been pushing the pace this season. Harkless dominated them in their only matchup this season, and he can be used in all leagues tonight.
DraftKings DFS Centers
Marc Gasol – C, vs GS ($7,900)
Gasol has seen an increased usage rating with Mike Conley and Chandler Parsons dealing with injuries. Over the last 10 days, he’s averaging 24.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, 4.3 assists, 1.4 blocks, and 1.1 steals per game. He’s the focal point of the offense, and Gasol has sneaky triple double potential. His price tag is only going to go up from here on out, and Gasol is an elite option in all leagues tonight.
Dwight Powell – PF/C, @HOU ($5,000)
Powell isn’t an elite option, but he has been playing big minutes recently, and he has turned those in a few solid fantasy outings. He struggled with foul troubles in his last game, but he was still able to post a decent line. He should see more minutes tonight, and he gets a matchup against a fast paced Rockets team, and Powell is a great salary relief option in all leagues tonight.
