Tom Brady Set Up To Thrive Against Titans
7 years agoNew England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady begins his playoff quest for another title when the Patriots take on the Titans on Saturday night. Brady heads into the playoffs with plenty to prove after a week of off-the-field headlines and two months of a decrease in his production. He has not thrown for over 300 yards since Nov. 19 and has thrown six interceptions over his last six games. Brady will face a Titans defense that shut down the Jaguars last week and have played much better in the second half. After getting lit up by several passers earlier in the season, they have held opposing quarterbacks to less than 200 yards passing in four of their last seven games, including the playoffs. The Patriots hope to get running back Rex Burkhead (knee) and receiver Chris Hogan (shoulder) back into the fold this weekend, which will give Brady even more weapons to choose from. This is the time of the season when Brady is at his best, and he is a solid QB1 in fantasy for the second round of the playoffs.
