7 years agoBaylor Bears head coach Matt Rhule is no longer being considered for the vacant Indianapolis Colts head coaching position, as he has elected to return to Baylor for the upcoming college season. Rhule is well respected in the college football community but didn't necessarily boast a lot of experience that would indicate success as an NFL coach. In his lone season as Baylor’s head coach, the team went 1-11 after multiple early season defeats. Rhule was previously the head coach at Temple, where he went 28-23 in four years with a solid record of 20-7 over the last two. The Colts will have to look elsewhere for their next head coach.--TMax-12
