7 years agoIt appears that new Detroit Lions head coach Matt Patricia is already making personnel changes. While not technically hired on yet, as he cannot be tendered a contract until the Patriots season is over, he has already met with current staff members and informed them they will not be retained next season. Most of those changes will occur on the defensive side, however, as current offensive coordinator Jim Bob Cooter is expected to be retained. Regardless, the Lions will look to improve their struggling run game next season.--patton
