7 years agoNewly hired Indianapolis Colts head coach Frank Reich told the media on Tuesday that he is "hopeful" quarterback Andrew Luck (shoulder) will be throwing when organized team activities start in April, per Mike Wells of ESPN. The assurances from a recently hired head coach are welcome, but they mean very little in the grander scheme of indicating Luck's overall progress. Still, the two will need to be on the same page to avoid the turmoil that fantasy owners and Colts fans experienced in the 2017 offseason due to a lack of communication.--TMax-12
