7 years agoThe Toronto Blue Jays agreed on a deal with free-agent relief pitcher Seung Hwan Oh on Sunday, pending a physical, according to sources. Oh was believed to have a deal with the Rangers earlier this month, but that was nixed when they found ligament damage in his right elbow. Oh's injury isn't believed to be serious, but it's a good bet his contract includes plenty of incentives to guarantee his health. The right-handed reliever was excellent in his first taste of the majors in 2016, but he fell off last year and lost the closer's gig. Texas would've been a better bet for his fantasy value, as he might've been in contention for ninth-inning work there. In Toronto, he'll simply hope to work his way into a setup role in front of closer Roberto Osuna.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
