7 years agoFree-agent cornerback Vontae Davis agreed to a one-year deal with the Buffalo Bills on Monday, according to a source. Davis was medically cleared earlier this month after having core surgery late in the season. With Davis now in the fold, Buffalo isn't expected to re-sign cornerback E.J. Gaines. A groin injury that Davis dealt with for much of last season may have been mainly responsible for his disappointing play. While he's unlikely to be an All-Pro again like he was in 2015, he's a veteran upgrade to Buffalo's secondary, which should be strong in 2018.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
