7 years agoBoston Red Sox outfielder Jackie Bradley has been given the green light to steal more bases, according to Rob Bradford of WEEI.com. Bradley stole eight bases in 2017 and was caught three times. In a conversation with Bradford, he revealed that he did not have the green light to steal bases last season. Bradley admitted to having a conversation with manager Alex Cora, who stated, "I'm giving you the green light. Everything you do in this game is about repetition and consistency," Bradley said, "so you have to work on it in order to use it." This is great news for fantasy owners, as Bradley will pile up the runs in a dominant lineup. The one concern is his inefficiency at getting on base (.323 on-base percentage).
