7 years agoCalgary Flames goalie Mike Smith was back between the pipes on Sunday following a month-long absence and he didn't have a good comeback, allowing four goals in a 5-2 loss to the Islanders. Smith had just one save before it was 2-0 already to the Islanders, which pretty much summed up his night, though he couldn't really do anything about the early goals. Still, the Flames suffered a big loss, even though they outshot the opponent 52-27, and that's never a good look on the goalie. Smith finished the game with 22 saves and an .846 save percentage. He'll be expected to do much better when the Oilers are in town on Tuesday.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
