Frederik Andersen Leaves Game With Upper-Body Injury
7 years agoToronto Maple Leafs goaltender Frederik Andersen did not return to the game after receiving an upper-body injury in the 6-5 win against the Dallas Stars. Roman Polak pushed Alexander Radulov into Andersen and Radulov landed awkwardly on top of Andersen's head, arm and leg. Curtis McElhinney not only finished the game but will most likely be the starter for Thursday's game against the Buffalo Sabres unless Andersen is good to go. Keep an eye on how Andersen's injury news develops, but for right now, he's day-to-day.
