7 years agoSan Jose Sharks forward Tomas Hertl was the hero in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win against Edmonton, scoring the game-winner and finishing with two goals after also putting the team on the board in the first period. After missing a good chunk of last year, Hertl is chasing a new career high in goals, sitting on 18 goals, with his personal-best 22 recorded in 2015-16. He needs to up the pace a bit, as he's found the net just three times in the last 12 games, but he's in a good spot to produce while playing on the second line with Logan Couture and Mikkel Boedker while also getting minutes on the second power-play unit.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
