7 years agoSan Jose Sharks right wing Joonas Donskoi will miss Friday's matchup against Calgary with an upper-body injury suffered in Wednesday's 4-3 overtime win at Edmonton. Head coach Peter DeBoer doesn't think it's a long-term issue, but Donskoi could be missing multiple games, as the Sharks also play Vancouver on Saturday. Marcus Sorensen seems to be the main beneficiary of Donskoi's injury, as he was moved up to the second line at the morning skate. He's got four goals and five points in 26 games this season, playing very limited minutes. San Jose could also be without Evander Kane, who is dealing with a lower-body issue.--Taavi Pailk - RotoBaller
