7 years agoBoston Red Sox closer Craig Kimbrel is returning to camp, according to Sean McAdam of the Boston Sports Journal. Kimbrel has been in Boston since Feb. 27 to be with his infant daughter Lydia, who had a second heart procedure. Kimbrel had been working out while in Boston. The plan now is for him to do pitch live batting practice on Monday. Kimbrel will continue to be an elite option when on the field. It has yet to be determined if he can build up his arm strength enough to be available on Opening Day. Surely, Kimbrel will push to be out there.--Ellis Canady - RotoBaller
