7 years agoChicago Cubs relief pitcher Pedro Strop (calf) is set to make his Cactus League debut on Thursday. Strop had missed most of the spring while dealing with a calf injury, but threw in a minor league game Monday. Strop is headed in the right direction and it appears he should be ready for Opening Day. Strop can be left on the waiver wire in leagues that don’t count holds.--Daniel Burdeen - RotoBaller
