7 years agoBoston Red Sox starting pitcher Chris Sale (hip) says he is doing ok after getting hit by a line drive in the first inning yesterday, according to Chad Jennings of the Boston Herald. Sale was removed from the game and diagnosed with a left hip contusion, but the X-rays came back clean. “It looked a lot worse than it actually is,” Sale said.
