7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder and first baseman Ryan Braun went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts in the 8-4 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. Braun is currently 1-for-12 this year, with his only hit being a two-out, three-run home run in the ninth inning against the Padres. Despite that being arguably one of the biggest hits of the season so far, Braun's lack of ability to get on base is not necessarily helping his cause. Braun will play first base against lefties and move around in the outfield depending on where Domingo Santana is placed, and with Braun struggling right now, Brewers manager Craig Counsell may lean more towards Santana now. Keep an eye on Braun's playing time, as he is not worth owning in all formats if he is not getting consistent at-bats.--Caden Inaba
