7 years agoMLB.com beat writer AJ Cassavell reports that San Diego Padres outfielder Wil Myers is back in the lineup for San Diego on Monday night after sitting out Saturday's game due to back tightness. He will be back in the two-spot of the Padres lineup, where he has gone 2-for-9 with two strikeouts to start the season. Myers will be facing off against Rockies starter Chad Bettis, who he has a career .500 average against over 18 plate appearances with three doubles, a triple, a home run and five RBI. With two days of rest behind him, Myers should be good to go Monday and owners should plug him into their lineups.--Michael Grennell - RotoBaller
