7 years agoAny concerns over Toronto Blue Jays third baseman Josh Donaldson’s shoulder/arm should be just about gone. At least when it comes to his ability to hit, anyway. After worrying fantasy owners with a slow start and not playing the field due to “dead arm,” Donaldson has come on strong the last two games with two long balls. In a 14-5 victory over the Chicago White Sox on Tuesday, Donaldson returned to third base and finished 2-for-4 with a home run, two runs scored and three RBI. For the season, he’s only hitting .238, but that also comes with a .385 on-base percentage and .571 slugging percentage to go along with the aforementioned two home runs, six runs scored, four RBI and a stolen base.--John Smith
