Eugenio Suarez Drives In Five
7 years agoCincinnati Reds third baseman Eugenio Suarez had a huge game on Saturday, helping to lead his team to a 7-4 win over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Suarez went 3-for-4 with a homer, a double, and five RBI. The five runs batted in ties a career high for the 26-year-old. Suarez started the damage with a bases-loaded single in the sixth inning and he followed that up with a three-run homer in the eighth. The big night at the plate raises Suarez's slash line to .308/.419/.654 with two homers, seven RBI, and five runs. He will look to keep it going against Pirates starter Jameson Taillon in the series finale on Sunday.
