7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers infielder Jonathan Villar will get the day off against the St. Louis Cardinals on Monday. Eric Sogard will take his place at second base as a result of this move. This is a rest day, as normally he was taking days off against lefties, but Cardinals starter Miles Mikolas is a righty. With the ambiguity in the Brewers infield when it comes to the second base position, Villar will be the top candidate. However, he will most likely get more rest days than your typical second baseman. Make sure to have a backup if you own him in fantasy.--Caden Inaba
