7 years agoLos Angeles Angels starter Garrett Richards labored through 4 1/3 innings on Monday, only surrendering one run but walking five and giving up four hits. He struck out six. Richards needed 94 pitches before getting pulled with one out in the fifth inning. Richards has only given up three runs in his last two starts, but has only lasted 10 innings. For those in quality-starts leagues, Richards will need to limit walks in order to bring in more value. Expect him to start going deeper into games as the season goes on. As long as he stays healthy, he is worth owning in all formats.--patton
