Domingo Santana Delivers Two Hits In Loss
7 years agoMilwaukee Brewers outfielder Domingo Santana went 2-for-6 with an RBI in the 5-3 loss to the St. Louis Cardinals. While Santana has yet to drill a home run this season, he's been displaying a good ability to put the bat on the ball as of late with eight hits in his last 30 at-bats for a .267 batting average this April. This game puts his batting average at .262 with an OPS of .626, and he will have to do a much better job if he wants to secure a spot in the outfield when Christian Yelich and Lorenzo Cain come back from their respective injuries. Owners with Santana must expect inconsistent playing time until either he or Ryan Braun is traded.
