7 years agoSeattle Mariners outfielder Dee Gordon went 1-for-5 Friday night, extending his hit streak to open the season to 10 games. Gordon has delivered as the leadoff hitter for the Mariners lineup in the early part of the season, hitting .319 with two extra-base hits, five stolen bases and seven runs scored. Gordon and shortstop Jean Segura have been excellent table setters and the Mariners offense is off to a hot start. Gordon will have an opportunity to extend his streak to 11 Saturday night against the A's.--Joey C - RotoBaller
