The playoffs roll on after a solid weekend of NBA action. With only two games on the slate, you have to take some chances. However, with that being said, there also isn’t a lot of room for mistakes, so if you are one of those people who enters the same lineup multiple times, things could get rough.
In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 4/16/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel.

FanDuel DFS Guards
Goran Dragic - PG, @ PHI ($6,300)
Dragic had a rough night at the office against Philly, finishing things up with only 15 points on 4-for-14 shooting from the field. This has been the norm for him all season against the Sixers, but he is by far the best option out of a rough point guard group that includes Dejounte Murray, Quinn Cook and Tyler Johnson.
J.J. Redick - SG, vs MIA ($6,200)
Redick played well against Miami and though he started off slow, he finished strong along with Marco Belinelli, Ersan Ilyasova and Dario Saric. I’m not opposed to Klay Thompson, but his price increase is decreasing his fantasy attractiveness. You can save some cash with Redick and possibly see production comparable to Thompson at a lower price. I also think there is room for Belinelli as well, especially with the workload he has been getting lately.
Markelle Fultz - PG, ($4,400)
Fultz doesn’t really have a routine spot in the lineup, but he does have have the potential to get some playing time, especially if Game 2 is anything like Game 1. Fultz is a risky play, but has the same Dwyane Wade-esq type upside where he is capable of exceeding his value if given the chance.
FanDuel DFS Forwards
Kevin Durant - SF, vs. SAS ($11,800)
San Antonio had no answers for Durant on Saturday as he finished the night with 24 points, eight boards and seven assists. Though Pop will likely attempt to make adjustments, the Spurs just don’t have anyone capable of matching up with Durant’s speed, size and ability to shoot over the top of anyone assigned to him. San Antonio needs to figure it out, and figure it out fast, or this will be a short series. One thing is for sure, we know that Patty Mills, Dejounte Murray or Danny Green matched up against him isn’t going to cut it.
Draymond Green - PF, vs SAS ($8,200)
Though he struggled against San Antonio throughout the regular season, Green really took advantage of the absence of Stephen Curry. He will continue to play a healthy amount of minutes and priced at only $8,200, he will likely hit his value of 41 fantasy points on Monday night.
Dario Saric - PF, vs MIA ($6,000)
Saric really stepped up against Miami, finishing the game with 20 points on 8-for-15 shooting from the field and 4-for-6 shooting from behind the arc. With Ersan Ilyasova receiving a $1,600 price increase after his 37.8 fantasy point performance in Game 1, it will be a lot tougher for him to hit his value. Ilyasova is solid, but is he worth $7,300, especially when so many players on the Sixers are capable of going off? I’d play it safe and stick with Saric. You can go ahead and throw Ben Simmons into the other power forward spot on your roster as well, but if you are really strapped, Amir Johnson has been getting some time on the court and could hit his value in Game 2.
FanDuel DFS Centers
Pau Gasol - C, vs GSW ($4,600)
The Spurs will be looking to make adjustments on the defensive end which will likely mean that Gasol could have a bigger role in Game 2. The pickings for the center spot are slim on Monday night and you could really get an edge up on the ones who will be high on JaVale McGee, especially if McGee doesn’t have the same type of production or role that he had on Saturday night.
