7 years agoWashington Nationals third baseman Anthony Rendon (foot) was finally placed on the disabled list on Sunday, almost ten days after fouling a pitch off his toe. The move is backdated three days, so he'll miss at least seven more days of action. Rendon's insistence all this time that he was fine is what delayed the move until now. Infielder Austin Adams has been brought up to take Rendon's spot. Adams isn't fantasy relevant.--Mario Hernandez - RotoBaller
